Shipping Policy

Processing Time

At Orline Jewelry Studio, each piece is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail. Because many of our items are handmade or finished in small batches, please allow adequate time for processing before shipment.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

For custom, personalized, or made-to-order items, processing may take longer. Any extended timeline will be noted in the listing or communicated directly.

Shipping Policy 

Orders are shipped using the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout, when applicable.

Shipping times may vary depending on:

  • destination

  • carrier delays

  • weather conditions

  • holidays or peak shipping seasons

 

Free Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are outside our control.

Select items or orders may qualify for free shipping, depending on current shop settings, promotions, or order minimums. Only applicable to U.S. customers.

Tracking

If tracking is included with your order, you will receive tracking information once your package has shipped.

Please allow a little time for the tracking update to appear in the carrier’s system.
